Utah 4-H has 3 forms of speaking publicly: Demonstrations/Presentations, Impromptus, and Public Speaking. Senior 4-H'ers can participate at the Utah 4-H State Contests in July once they qualify at the Sanpete County 4-H Talent Expo in April. 4-H'ers in grades 3-12 can participate at the 4-H Talent Expo.
